Hello family and friends!
I've taken some time in between an America's Next Top Model marathon I've stumbled into and taking up space in the dorm that is no longer mine to start this blog. I'm spending some time in Boston before flying out to Venice this Saturday, and I have some exciting news to share! After my Spring semester in Venice, I'm flying straight to Dublin for a two month internship at a center called Fighting Words. This organization hosts creative writing workshops and seminars for children and adults of all ages. After my usual work days, I can take advantage of the adult workshops taught by some really fabulous authors.
In a nutshell--I have found nirvana.
So now here I sit and wait. And wait. And wait. But after two months, I have become skilled in the art of waiting. TV binges, frequent catnaps, and a smattering of reading dominate my schedule. I can't wait to leave so that I have something interesting to tell you all about.
